Selected Projects
Much of my work is done quietly and with great respect for client privacy. Below are two public-facing projects that reflect the kind of depth, cohesion, and long-term value I help bring to life. Each one tells a different story — but they share a common thread: land held with care, vision built with intention.
Noll Farm
A 28 acre homestead turned wildflower farm and retreat
A historic homestead in Poulsbo, WA reimagined as a luxury retreat and legacy listing. I lead the design + build of wildflower meadows, cabin restoration, yurt retreat, trail systems, and the full brand development — from naming and storytelling to visuals and property marketing. Collaborated with Sotheby’s International Realty for market positioning.
Scope: Land planning, design + build oversight, branding, listing strategy
Key Features: Wildflower meadows, sleeping cabin, yurt, forest trails
Bainbridge Estate
High-end coastal renovation for a private estate
A multi-million dollar coastal renovation on a six-acre waterfront estate for a private family office. I oversaw every aspect of the project: assembling the team, coordinating construction, preserving mature landscape, and preparing the property for successful resale.
Scope: Land planning, utility improvements, landscape redesign, construction oversight, team curation & management
Key Outcome: Sold for $4.5M after completion
